Senior Housing Social Work
Helping elderly residents get the help they need.
JFCS East Bay is proud to partner with Resources for Community Development (RCD) to provide on-site care coordination and social work for low-income seniors at Villa Vasconcellos in Walnut Creek.
Our skilled clinicians help residents access the services they need. We aim to help vulnerable seniors live independently for as long as possible. These services are for residents of Villa Vasconcellos. Support provided by our social workers includes the following:
- Communicate with families
- Provide aging advice and planning
- Act as a liaison between the property managers and residents
- Plan social gatherings and community events.
