This group offers heartfelt support and guidance for relatives and friends who have suffered the loss of a loved one. Within a Jewish context, we address feelings of loneliness, loss, and isolation; coping with anger and other unexpected emotions; learning how to live with grief; and how to move forward. We also cover changing family dynamics, reestablishing community connections, facing financial changes, and addressing estate or other financial decisions. Registration required.

If you are an adult caring for older parents who live out of staff, join this group to discuss the difficulties and unique challenges of your situation. The group addresses issues such as choosing caregivers, finding housing placements, family conflict, dementia, depression, geriatric disabilities, serious medical problems, and more.
