When We Win is a monthly political education film series spotlighting liberation and decolonization. Join in every third Tuesday at La Peña for films, facilitated discussion, and conversations with filmmakers and organizers.
This workshop from We Are All America provides foundational knowledge of how the U.S. government functions and how immigrant and refugee leaders can safely and effectively engage in advocacy. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of government structures, the legislative process, and pathways for influencing policy change.
