Jewish Community – Oakland Mayoral Candidate Forum
We are honored to partner with the Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC) and Temple Sinai to sponsor a nonpartisan Oakland Mayoral Candidate Forum for the Jewish Community.
The featured candidates will be Treva Reid (Councilmember, District 7), Loren Taylor (Councilmember, District 6), and Sheng Thao (Council President Pro Tempore, District 4).
This will be a great opportunity to learn each candidate’s position on our community concerns, such as confronting antisemitism and racism, ensuring community security, creating inclusive educational curriculum, and advancing social justice.
